Delete your Ttolong account
Applies to the Ttolong iOS, Android, and web service
Delete immediately in the app
- Open Ttolong and select Profile.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Review the notice and confirm deletion.
You can also sign in on the web and manage your account from Settings.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, email ppilsns@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject ‘Ttolong account deletion request’ and include your nickname. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
Data that is deleted
The account, profile, saved travel plans, posts, comments, likes, companion-chat membership and messages, block relationships, and associated personal data are deleted. Data that must be retained by law, and limited abuse-prevention records where legally permitted, may be retained only for the required period.
Requests are completed without undue delay and within 30 days unless applicable law requires otherwise.
