Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Ttolong ("ttolong.app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Ttolong provides AI-powered Jeju travel planning, community features (threads, companion matching, chat), and travel itinerary sharing.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 14 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One person may maintain only one account.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (posts, comments, plans).
• By posting, you grant Ttolong a non-exclusive license to display your content within the service.
• You must not post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• You can report posts or users and block users. Blocking hides content and removes follow connections; reports are reviewed by the moderation team.
• We may restrict visibility, remove content, or suspend accounts when a report or rule violation is confirmed.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Impersonating other users or organizations
• Posting spam, scams, or fraudulent travel companion requests
• Collecting personal information of other users without consent
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service
• Using the AI planner for purposes other than travel planning

6. Companion Safety

Ttolong facilitates introductions between travelers but is not responsible for offline interactions. Always meet in public places first and verify identities before traveling together. Never share financial information or send advance payments.

7. AI-Generated Content

Travel plans generated by AI are suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of operating hours, prices, or road conditions. Users should verify important details independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ttolong is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to travel mishaps, inaccurate AI recommendations, or interactions with other users.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Jeju, South Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the service.
